Baptism Preparation

This ministry seeks to prepare parents of newborns for the sacrament of Baptism and to support them as the essential community through which God's love is gradually made real in the life of the child.

Bereavement Ministry

Volunteers minister to our parishioners at a most critical point in their lives, namely the loss of a loved one. Not only is the committee ready to provide confidential moral support but a whole host of services are made available, all aimed at enhancing the individual's quality of life.

Bible Study

Reveals God's Word alive and dynamic in our every day lives(John 1 1-5). Scriptural knowledge not necessary. Readings and discussions are always interesting, lively and exciting. Bibles are provided. Christian living, growth in prayer, and Catholic spirituality supplements also provided. Come join us every Wednesday at Our Lady of Hope for group prayer and sharing in the Word.

Bishop's Appeal Committee

This committee works with the pastor to implement the Bishop's Annual Appeal. The group is respondsible for the in-Church portion and the subsequent mailing phase. The group is also respondsible for accounting, tabulating, verifying of pledge cards, and writing reports to the Diocesan office and to the pastor.

Building and Grounds

This ministry helps with the upkeep of the buildings and grounds of the Church.
